Overview

A patent, trademark or copyright might be able to protect your company’s unique software, business method or mechanical/electronic design from being “stolen” by a competitor.  This workshop will help you understand your options and what’s involved in submitting an application to the Patent Office and their review process.

In this workshop you will learn:

·         What can be patented, trademarked and/or copyrighted

·         The reasons why you should apply for a patent, trademark and/or copyright for your unique invention or intellectual property

·         Hands-on patent application draft exercises for a software/business method and a mechanical design

About the Presenter:

Michael J. Feigin, Esq., an accomplished patent and trademark attorney, has acquired many software, mechanical, medical, electrical, chemical and design patents for his clients. He has drafted patents for large and small companies, as well as for start-ups and individual inventors.
